SHIPPING POLICY

Feizy strives to provide cost-efficient shipping to our customers within 48 hours of order receipt. Rugs larger than 8’x11’ will ship as LTL freight with no additional charge for shipping and handling. Shipping estimates for large orders containing multiple products are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

SHIPPING FAQs


When is shipping charged?

Pre-paid customers are charged for shipping when orders are processed. Feizy will obtain a freight quote at the time the order is processed and will charge your credit card for the full amount due. Term customers will be invoiced for freight charges separately.


When will my order ship?

Feizy strives to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. However, peak volume times such as holidays can add a few days to this estimate. If you have a shipment that must be delivered by a certain date, please note that on your purchase order and request to be contacted if delivery within that time frame cannot occur.
Can I request expedited shipping? Yes, you can request expedited freight service by noting it on your purchase order. A Feizy customer care representative will contact you to provide the freight quote and get approval to charge the additional amount.


How long will delivery take?

All Feizy rugs ship from Dallas, TX, so delivery time can vary based on your location. Unless you request expedited freight service, delivery time ranges from 1-7 days in most cases.


Who are the preferred carriers that Feizy uses?

In order to provide the most competitive rates, we work with several different carriers. FedEx, Southeastern Freight, XPO, Old Dominion and Xpress Global are some of the carriers we use on a regular basis.


What if I prefer to ship on my own account?

Simple. Just enter the instructions on your purchase order, including the account name, carrier, and account number.


What if an item in my order is backordered?

Feizy will ship items according to availability. If your order consists of two products and one is backordered, the available product will ship within the usual 48 hour time frame, and the backordered item will ship as soon as it is in stock. You will receive an automated order acknowledgement that includes information regarding your backordered item, as well as an in-stock estimate.


Can I request to hold shipment of my entire order until all items are in stock?

Yes, you can request this by noting it on your purchase order. However, Feizy can only hold items that are in stock for 7 business days. If you require a longer hold, please contact your Sales Representative or Customer Service Representative.


How do I arrange to pick up my order in person?

If you’d like to pick up your order from Feizy’s warehouse in person, just note “customer pickup” on your purchase order. Term customers’ pickup orders will be ready within 24 hours of the request, and pre-paid customers’ pickup orders will be ready 24 hours from the time payment is received. Pick up hours are 9am – 2pm, Monday through Friday. Orders not picked up within 7 business days will be canceled.
